By accessing or using this Website, booking any reservations for travel products or services on this Website, or contacting our Customer Support agents, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that

(iii)is harmful to children;

(iv)infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

(v)violates any law;

(vi)deceives/misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;

(vii)impersonates another person;

(viii)threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;

(ix)contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;

is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to:

use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;
make reservation for travel-related products or services or other products on this Website for the purposes of resale;
make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;
take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
deep-link to any portion of this Website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or
‘frame’, ‘mirror’ or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorisation.

If TigerRoutes suspects that you have breached the Terms of Use (including without limitation if you have made multiple reservations on the Website and TigerRoutes considers (acting reasonably) that any such reservations are for the purposes of reselling) or your reservation or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, TigerRoutes may cancel any reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated TigerRoutes accounts. If such reservations cancelled are non-refundable bookings, TigerRoutes reserves its right not to refund you for the cancelled reservations. In addition, we may verify (i.e. preauthorise) your credit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, TigerRoutes reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to TigerRoutes, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact our Customer Support agents.

SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Additional terms and conditions of third party suppliers will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms of use carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any third party supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the third party supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products or services. Additionally, you agree to only pay for airfare and other travel products via physical credit cards and other approved payment methods as displayed at checkout and not via virtual credit card or other payment methods as may be prohibited by a travel service provider or us from time to time. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

Some hotel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-into cover additional expenses during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by us or payable for your hotel booking.

You acknowledge that some third-party suppliers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the supplier, which can be found on the supplier’s website. Airlines may, with or without notice, cancel or reschedule your flight. It is your responsibility to check on the scheduled departure time ahead of travel. TigerRoutes shall not be responsible for, or the failure to inform you of, any cancellation of your flights, or changes in your flight schedule. To minimise the impact to your travel plans, you are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover travel disruption. You may be offered the opportunity to book a reservation for a combination of two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets may provide a greater choice of flights and can be combined on the same airline or on different airlines. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to its own rules, restrictions, and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes you to make changes to the other flight, you will be responsible for any fees incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight. In case of a no-show or cancellation, you may be entitled to a refund of airport taxes and fees included in the price of the ticket purchased. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can request such a refund from our Customer Support agents who will submit your request to the airline on your behalf.
